About Sally Galloway
With over 11 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nutritional Therapist I know that nutrition has the power to transform how we feel, think, and live. My special interest lies in gut health and its profound impact on brain function, energy and hormones —an area I’ve not only studied deeply but also experienced personally.
As someone who is dyslexic, I understand first-hand that neurodiversity is not something to be “fixed.” It’s a different way of thinking, a unique strength, and a superpower that can truly flourish when supported by the right nutrition and lifestyle choices. This belief shapes the way I work with clients: with empathy, understanding, and a focus on helping you uncover your own potential for wellbeing.
Supporting Hormonal Health and Menopause
As I moved through my own hormonal changes, I became increasingly interested in how nutrition can ease the challenges of perimenopause and menopause. Symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, mood swings, and disrupted sleep can feel overwhelming—but they don’t have to be your “new normal.”
By combining dietary strategies with lifestyle support and functional testing, I help clients uncover imbalances in hormones, gut health, and nutrient status. Testing provides clarity and removes the guesswork, allowing us to create a personalised plan that supports your body’s unique needs during this transition and beyond.
What This Means for You
Because I’ve walked this path myself—through neurodiversity, fatigue, and hormonal shifts—I understand the frustration of living with symptoms that hold you back. I also know the hope and relief that comes when you finally find answers and start to feel your health improving.
When you work with me, you won’t just get a plan—you’ll get a partner who listens, understands, and helps you uncover what’s really driving your symptoms. Together, we’ll build a personalised roadmap that supports not just your body, but also your confidence, clarity, and energy for life.
